Acquire BPO celebrates opening of Dominican Republic contact center

Today, our newest contact center in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic is officially open and ready to provide outsourcing solutions to US companies with demands for nearshore, multilingual operations.

The official launch of Acquire’s newest delivery center culminated with a grand opening ceremony attended by dignitaries, members of the media and government officials like Dominican Republic Secretary of State, Dr. Jean Alain Rodriguez, who said in his keynote speech that Acquire’s presence in the country is “projected to bring USD$30M in five years and which we estimate will generate 700 new jobs for Dominicans.”

Acquire’s Director of Operations, Al Sese, provided opening remarks to the crowd, while CCO Kathryn Marshall delivered central remarks to the crowd on behalf of CEO Scott Stavretis.

Dr. Rodriguez led the ribbon-cutting ceremony alongside Kathryn and Al, before taking a site tour of our state-of-the-art facilities. Those in attendance were given a feel of the operations floor, donning headsets to watch our corporate video.
