Acquire’s rapid expansion in the Philippines is fuelled by growth in the BPO sector.
Acquire, has announced the expansion of their Philippines operations committing to a new facility in Manila. The expansion is driven by Acquire’s rapid growth in the Philippines after winning several new multinational clients. The new facility will increase Acquire’s production space in Manila to over 16,000 sqm and will house clients growing outsourcing demands for 24/7 around the world support, customer service and sales activity.
Acquire’s CEO Scott Stavretis said today “The new facility is expected to go live in July this year and will assist in bolting on an additional USD$30m annual revenue to our current operations.”
The building is strategically located in Ortigas Business Center, Pasig City, Manila and conveniently located with close proximity to major transportation hubs for their contact centre employees. The state-of-the-art facility will also be the new home of Acquire’s Philippines headquarters and includes the strictest security, diversity and compliance measures including:
- PCI and ISO Compliance

“Manila has now replaced Mumbai as the top outsourcing destination worldwide with a general paradigm shift to the Philippines. By 2016 we should see 1.3M Filipino’s working in the BPO industry . I expect this trajectory for Philippines based outsourcing work to continue, as the demand for better quality employees with neutral English accents and lower attrition rates as compared to India driving this shift. Acquire is prepared for it and we are pleased to say we are close to securing our next facility to meet these demands,” said Scott Stavretis.
