Chief Operating Officer
As Acquire’s COO, Matt is responsible for driving strategy, streamlining operations and maximizing performance across several key areas of the organization, including global HR process, compliance and Workforce Management (WFM). Matt has an extensive background in senior leadership, with over 20-years’ experience in sales, product management and general management. He was previously COO & General Manager of Contact Solutions. He then headed up strategy at Salmat and became the General Manager of Marketing Solutions. Prior to Salmat, Matt was vice President, Traveller Services & Product Marketing (Asia Pacific) for Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT). Most recently, Matt worked at Heading & Associates/Think Civil.
Chief Financial Officer
David is CFO of Acquire, responsible for managing the company’s financial risks, as well as its strategic development, financial planning and reporting, internal audit, real estate, procurement and investor relations. David has many years of multinational professional experience, beginning his career as an Auditor for KPMG Australia. He went on to manage finance and accounting functions for companies across many industry verticals including Entertainment, Technology and Banking & Financial Services before becoming CFO of Stellar. Most recently, David was CFO of Crawford & Company Australia, a subsidiary of the NYSE-listed Crawford and Company Inc., with responsibility covering 13 countries within Asia Pacific.

Scott Stavretis is CEO and founding director of Acquire BPO. He is the primary decision- and policy-maker for the company, formulating and executing long-term strategies and collaborating with clients, employees, investors and other stakeholders. With many years of executive management experience, Scott has held a track record for driving the success and growth of a number of start-up companies and large organisations prior to his current role.
Chief Commercial Officer
As CCO, Kathryn is responsible for the commercial strategy and development of Acquire BPO. Her key accountabilities include delivering strategic leadership in defining Acquire BPO’s commercial path to growth and profitability, leading the development of the company’s sales strategy with an emphasis on achieving market penetration and cost-effective customer acquisition, implementing the company’s sales strategy across key markets and originating and managing business development opportunities.

Len is CFO of Acquire, responsible for managing the company’s financial risks, as well as its strategic development, financial planning and reporting, internal audit, real estate, procurement and investor relations. Len has many years of solid professional experience, beginning her career as an Auditor for SGV & Co., the biggest auditing firm in the Philippines. She then moved on to perform financial reporting and accounting for one of the biggest food conglomerates in the country and then to financial planning and analysis for a financial company.

Andy is Acquire’s CTO, overseeing the company’s technology strategy, driving innovation, maximising the value of fast-changing technologies and leveraging these technologies to build solutions for clients across industries. He is also responsible for leading the company’s highly-skilled and certified technology professionals and for maintaining alliances and partnerships with leading and emerging technology companies. He is credited for the evolution of Acquire BPO’s global Information Technology & Telecommunication (IT&T) infrastructure and software.

As President of Acquire BPO’s North American operations, Aleks provides visionary leadership that keeps the company committed to its expansion strategy in the American market. His responsibilities include overseeing general operations, developing the US business through the implementation of customer-centric strategies, as well as growing the nearshore delivery centre in the Dominican Republic.
