Talk Time
The duration of time an agent spends actively speaking with a customer during a call. TALK TIME is a component of AVERAGE HANDLE TIME (AHT) and is used to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of customer interactions.
Calculation Example:
Total Talk Time for 50 Calls: 300 minutes
Average Talk Time per Call: 300 minutes / 50 calls = 6 minutes per call
