Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Quantifiable metrics are used to evaluate the success of an organization, department, or individual in achieving key business objectives. KPIs provide a focus for operational improvement and help assess progress towards strategic goals. 

Examples of KPIs: 

Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Score: Measures customer satisfaction levels. 

Employee Turnover Rate: Tracks the rate at which employees leave the company. 

Revenue Growth Rate: Monitors the increase in revenue over a specific period.
