Forecast Accuracy
The degree to which the predicted demand for agent time matches the actual demand. This measures the ability of the contact center workforce team to accurately forecast workload and is also used for staff modelling.
Calculated Example:
Forecasted Calls: 1200
Actual Calls: 1100
Forecast Accuracy: 1 – |1200 – 1100|/ 1200 = 91.67%
