Performance Management

The process of ensuring employees’ activities and outputs align with the organization’s goals. Performance management includes setting expectations, monitoring progress, and providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement.  Components of Performance Management:  Goal Setting: Setting expectations by defining clear, measurable objectives.  Regular Feedback: Inspecting what you expect by providing ongoing feedback on performance.  Performance Reviews: Conducting formal assessments periodically.
