Quezon City, PH – Acquire BPO proudly partnered with the Quezon City local government at the Quezon Memorial Circle on June 22, 2024, to participate in the Love Laban 2 Pride March, demonstrating solidarity with the LGBTQIA+ community.
During the event, Acquire showed its support for inclusivity with the LGBTQIA+ community, joining over 200,000 attendees in the festive celebration. The day featured significant moments, including graduation rights for community members previously excluded from their school ceremonies due to their SOGIE, and a lively concert at the heart of Quezon Memorial Circle. The afternoon culminated in a Pride March from Tomas Morato Avenue to the Circle, where Acquire employees aboard a float proudly waved rainbow flags alongside Quezon City councilors and Hon. Geraldine Roman, the first transwoman elected to the Congress of the Philippines.
Adding to the festive atmosphere, Acquire distributed colorful accessories and face paints, enriching the vibrant celebration. This participation underscores Acquire’s commitment to fostering a diverse, equal, and inclusive workplace, where everyone, regardless of race, color, or gender, feels a sense of belonging.
