At Acquire BPO, we’re all about recognizing the people who go above and beyond—not just at work, but in their communities too. During this year’s Acquire Beats, Boots & Buckles Kick-Off Party at the World Trade Center in the Philippines, we honored three incredible A-Team members whose dedication to helping others truly embodies our values of Collaboration, Impact, Passion, and Transparency.
Here’s a look at their inspiring contributions:
- Kristine “Tinn” Barceta took first place for her swift response to Typhoon Pepito in Pandan, Catanduanes. In November 2024, she launched a fundraising campaign that raised PHP 85,000, providing 20 families with the construction materials they needed to rebuild their homes.
- Lovely Jane Saladaga earned second place for her ongoing commitment to community service. She’s been a driving force behind outreach programs, medical missions, school supply drives, and disaster relief efforts. Most recently, she helped 120 students in Rodriguez, Rizal, by providing food, toiletries, and school supplies—leaving a lasting impact.
- Marlon Asiddao secured third place for his 12 years of service as a volunteer fireman. From responding to the 2019 Pampanga earthquake to braving Typhoons Ondoy and Ulysses, Marlon’s commitment to keeping his community safe is nothing short of inspiring.
These three remind us that small actions can create a big impact. Their stories show the power of stepping up, taking action, and leading with heart—values that define who we are at Acquire BPO.
