Employee Promoter Score (EPS)

A metric that measures employee satisfaction and loyalty, similar to the Net Promoter Score (NPS) used for customers.

EPS is calculated based on how likely employees are to recommend their workplace to others.

Calculation Example:

Promoters: 60% (employees who score 9-10 on the likelihood to recommend)

Detractors: 20% (employees who score 0-6)

EPS: 60 – 20 = 40
