Acquire BPO is a privately owned organization that operates out of state-of-the-art locations in Australia, the Philippines, the US and the Dominican Republic, servicing customers across sales, customer service, retention and BPO activities. We have the only known carrier-grade, dedicated International Private Line (IPL) between Australia and the Philippines, solely used in our contact centers, to ensure we provide call quality that equals that of domestic quality.
Our corporate head office is situated at Queens Road in Melbourne, which is close to the Central Business District where we support some of Australia’s largest publicly and privately listed companies.
Acquire opened its main office in Dallas, Texas to service existing US clients, as well as expand sales and marketing initiatives in the American market. The US team provides onshore focus with executive, sales, project management and account management support.
Our first site in Metro Manila began with just 850 contact center seats in 2006. Today, Acquire BPO has a total of eight sites accommodating over 7,000 employees in the Philippines alone.
