    Scott Stavretis is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and founding director of Acquire BPO. He is the primary decision- and policy-maker for the company, formulating and executing long-term strategies, and collaborating with clients, employees, investors and other stakeholders. With many years of executive management experience, Scott has held a track record for driving the success and growth of a number of start-up companies and large organisations prior to his current role.

  • KATHRYN MARSHALL - Chief Commercial Officer

    As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Kathryn Marshall is responsible for the commercial strategy and development of Acquire BPO. Her key accountabilities include delivering strategic leadership in defining Acquire BPO’s commercial path to growth and profitability, leading the development of the company’s sales strategy with an emphasis on achieving market penetration and cost-effective customer acquisition, implementing the company’s sales strategy across key markets and originating and managing business development opportunities.

    Andy King is Acquire BPO’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO). He oversees the company’s technology strategy, driving innovation, maximising the value of fast-changing technologies and leveraging these technologies to build solutions for clients across industries. He is also responsible for leading the company’s highly skilled and certified technology professionals, and for maintaining alliances and partnerships with leading and emerging technology companies. He is credited for the evolution of Acquire BPO’s global Information Technology & Telecommunication (IT&T) infrastructure and software.

    Len Moreto is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Acquire BPO, responsible for managing the company’s financial risks, as well as its strategic development, financial planning and reporting, internal audit, real estate, procurement, and investor relations. Len has many years of solid professional experience, beginning her career as an Auditor for SGV & Co., the biggest auditing firm in the Philippines. She then moved on to perform Financial Reporting and Accounting for one of the biggest food conglomerates in the country, and then to Financial Planning and Analysis for a financial company.

  • DANA ANDEL - Country Manager, Philippines

    Country Manager, Philippines

    Dana Andel is Acquire BPO’s Country Manager in the Philippines. He is responsible for managing the company’s shared services platform in Manila, making sure that the team adopts Acquire BPO’s culture of People, Process and Performance. He also sees to it that the company is well-positioned for continued growth. Dana is a well-tenured BPO executive with many years of proven experience in business turnaround, start-ups, and on/off-shore migration planning and execution. He is a trusted business leader who takes great pride in servicing clients, and who is genuinely involved in servicing customers’ needs and contributing to the professional and personal growth of employees.

    As President of Acquire BPO’s North American operations, Aleks Bogdanovski provides visionary leadership that keeps the company committed to its expansion strategy in the American market. His responsibilities include overseeing general operations, developing the US business through the implementation of customer-centric strategies, as well as growing the nearshore delivery centre in the Dominican Republic.

    General Manager, Automation & Intelligence

    Luke Woods heads up the Automation & Intelligence division, which centralises and champions all our automation and data intelligent offerings. As General Manager for this division, Luke drives growth by improving clients’ processes and business systems through Artificial Intelligence (AI), Chatbots/Virtual Agents (VA), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine-learning, data and speech analytics and voice biometrics. Luke has 11 years’ experience as CEO of consultancy business, IMS, specialising in business systems and financial management. He is also a Certified Practising Accountant and Business Systems qualified professional.
